Michael Chang

  • Undergraduate: Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration and Management, University of Phoenix

Michael joined BAHA in June 2016 as the new administrative assistant. Prior to working with BAHA, Michael was an assistant manager at Nordstrom. During his 5 years at Nordstrom, Michael was able to develop essential skills including time management, intrapersonal skills, and exceptional customer service.

Michael is responsible for daily administrative tasks such as billing, coordinating meetings, and integrating new tools. He also provides support for the Medical Director and Operations Director.

Michael is also state certified as an Adult Residential Facility Administrator. He also plans to attend graduate school and obtain his Masters in Operations Management.
