Dr. Wong received her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School at the Rosalind Franklin University of Health Sciences. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at St. Mary’s Medical Center, where she was Chief Medical Resident in 2007-2008. She has been a hospitalist physician at St. Mary’s since 2008. Taking an active role in hospital administration, Dr. Wong is Co-Physician Advisor at St. Mary’s Medical Center, which helps to bridge clinicians with hospital administration. This role includes advising and monitoring length of stay, documentation and utilization management for the hospital.

Dr. Wong is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Fundamentals in Critical Care Support. Dr. Wong is a member of the American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine, American College of Physician Advisors, and National Association of Physician Advisors.
