Dr. Enderby founded Bay Area Hospitalist Associates, Inc. in 2010 and has grown the group from the original 4 physicians to more than 20 physicians since that time. His vision is to provide high-quality care across the entire spectrum of the acute and post-acute patient experience. By focusing tirelessly on enhanced communication and attention to evidence-based clinical practices, he believes that the continuum of care can be seamless while ensuring exceptional quality and safety. He believes that excellent medical care is achieved through developing highly functional teams of care providers—and that the patient needs to be at the center of the care team.

Dr. Enderby was previously Chief of the Hospitalist Division at East Bay Physicians Medical Group in Berkeley, California and was Chief Medical Officer for the Southwest Division of Sound Physicians. He also served as Chief of Medicine at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, California.
